About The Game
Indian Fantasy Tennis is played in sync with real life tennis tournaments. You need to select your team from amongst the actual players participating in the tournament and as the players perform on court, so you gain points on IFL.
To begin with, you need to create a team and start selecting and managing your squad.
The aim of the game is to select players who score the most for you. The players that you select in your fantasy team score points for you based on their actual performance in matches. Your team scores for you and you gain points. These points can be exchanged for goodies at the IFL Redeem Gifts Store.
If your team does exceptionally well there are some amazing prizes as well!
Registration
Register yourself by providing some information about yourself. As soon as you do that, you are all set for an unforgettable experience!
Name your team - and if you want, you can give it your own slogan and a description too. Your team gets its own page where others can come and view your team's performance. At the end of each match day, the scores for your players and team will be updated within a short time. Ranks for top 100 teams will also be displayed on the website.

Late Registrations
In case you've reached us after the start of the current tournament, don't fret! As the old saying goes, better late than never! You can still be part of the most exciting online fantasy tennis game.
Register and build your own fantasy tennis team and get points for matches you could not play. For every Match Day that you missed for this tournament, you will get scores based on a daily average bonus decided by IFT.
Team Creation
Get going - Create your Fantasy TENNIS Team! Once you've successfully registered, you will need to login with your Username and password and head straight ahead to create your winning team!
"Team Management", is where you get to select the team of your choice. You will see the complete list of participating players in the tournament. From this list you choose the players that you think will perform the best for you.
Look up the requirements for the current tournament and select the number of players as mentioned.
The players who are eliminated from the tournament become inactive in the player list - so the choices narrow as we draw closer to the end of the tournament.
If you choose players who play both in the doubles and singles competition they score more for you. You don't have to have two different teams for singles and doubles competition – but the more matches your chosen ones play, the more you tend to score!
Remember, Fantasy Tennis game is played on a daily basis. So to maximize your points, make sure you log in everyday and select a team according to the matches of the day. Save your changes and submit the team at least an hour before the start of the first match of the day.
Player Costs
You can select from amongst all of the players participating in the tournament. Each of them will become part of your team but they come at a price. To begin with, you are provided a credit pool from which to buy players. The cost of each player has been determined by our panel of experts.
Whenever you take on players in your team, the amount you pay for them gets reduced from your total credit pool. When you remove a player from your list the cost gets credited back. But the points they scored for you stay with you!
Transfer Rules
You as team manager can transfer your players on a daily basis – but you cannot use more credits than you have in your kitty. On transfer of players, the value of each player decided by IFT will be applicable and an equal amount of credits will be either added or debited from your kitty.
The number of transfers allowed for the current tournament is mentioned in the Current Tournament section.
If a manager fails to change his team anytime, his existing team will be carried forward.
At the end of each match on any Match Day, the points will automatically be updated and the new team positions will be displayed.
Note: Transfers will close one hour sharp before the start of each match. If your selection time exceeds this limit then the team selected will only be eligible for the next match.
Scoring Rules
Your selected players will earn points for you based on the standard score calculating system developed for Indian Fantasy Tennis:

The scores will be updated at the end of each Match Day automatically and latest the rankings will be available within a short time.
Please note that all scores for IFT Fantasy Tournaments are obtained from the "Official" Tournament website. In the event that certain statistics are unavailable on the site we do not allocate points on the given criteria in our game. This rule applies for all users on Indian Fantasy Tennis.
Winners
Winners on Indian Fantasy Tennis will be adjudged on the following basis:
- The teams with the maximum points at the end of the game will be declared winners.
- In case of a tie, the team that has won more matches will be adjudged the winner.
- In case there is a tie on both the above criteria, the team that has been created earlier will be declared winner.
- In the unlikely event of a tie in all the above three, the winner will be declared by our panel of experts. Note that the decision of the panel will be binding.
Prize Distribution
- Winners will only be eligible for one prize for all phases of a tournament.
- Prizes will be limited to a maximum of one per family unit - by definition, of corresponding names, address, common phone numbers, ration card proof, valid email i.d.'s etc. A thorough process of identification will be in process to ensure that there is no repetition of prizes going to the same individual / family members.
- All winners will be given the prize of higher value during the tournament. In case of repetition of identities, the other IDs will stand annulled irrespective of position/ranking and prizes will be awarded to the next eligible winner.
- User must enter a valid email address to be eligible for prizes. If the user does not respond to within 21 days of our communication the prize stands forfeited.
- Prize distribution will take place after the conclusion of the series and after information is sent to the winner of their having won a prize.

All prizes will be given at the end of the game - when the tournament concludes!
